| Poison Beatrice is a somatic educator and a movement anatomy teacher specializing in the biomechanics of the spine, pelvis/pelvic floor, and respiratory system. Somatic education uses movement, meditation, breathing, imagery, and movement anatomy, to work with patterns in the body and emotions, connect students deeply with themselves in mind and body, and be in the present moment fully. She writes and teaches on menstrual cycle tracking for connection to self. She also studies and teaches Pilates on the apparatus and mat, and works a lot with the female pelvic floor, including rehabilitation work for all PF issues, such as prolapse, incontinence, and pain. Poison Beatrice devotes a great deal of her teaching efforts toward the kink community and is an avid student of rope bondage. |
