Becoming a full member of CEPE and taking advantage of everything we have to offer is as simple as scheduling
a very brief, informal interview. This can be done only after you've taken the opportunity to meet some of the group
at three of our public events (unless a current member is vouching for you personally). After that, the degree to which
you participate actively, or just enjoy the sense of community from afar, is entirely up to you.
We do collect nominal membership dues in six- or twelve-month increments, payable in person or by mail,
to defray operating expenses and carry us through times when event attendance may be unpredictable, so we
can serve our members and the bdsm/fetish community consistently year-round.
Membership not only allows you to get in on private CEPE events like our secure, monitored scene parties, it also
gives you the right to vote on decisions that affect your local bdsm/fetish community. You also gain membership
rights in other organizations with which CEPE is affiliated, including the Central Missouri Leather Society and AHS of
Kansas City. Members can also check out any equipment item in CEPE's dungeon inventory for home use, at no cost.
We have also begun a bdsm/fetish reference lending library program, and are working on discount programs with local merchants.
All this, for six months, for about the same amount you might invest in one night's (Mc)Dinner for two and a (rented) movie!
