Founded in 1996, CEPE is one of the longest-lived and most inclusive bdsm/fetish groups in the Midwestern United States.
CEPE exists to provide a social, supportive and educational forum for its members for the safe, sane and
consensual exploration of the practices and variations in alternative lifestyles in a safe and socially fun atmosphere.
CEPE primarily serves residents of central Missouri, but has members throughout the United States.
