Eros Bound Registration Agreement
The following terms and conditions are in force throughout the event:
INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS: I hereby affirm that I, and all of my invited guests, are 18 years of age or older and that I/we agree to hold harmless and indemnify CEPE, its members, their invited guests, and the host establishment indicated above, and any and all of their employees, officers, directors, agents and, or assigns from any and all liability, direct, indirect, subrogated or not, vicarious, or otherwise, which may accrue as a result of any accident, injury, cause of action, or damage to my person or property, or any other damage of any kind as a consequence of my attendance at this event. I, and all of my invited guests, understand that "professional scene" people may not attend this event as a paid escort of an attendee, nor under any agreement to provide any BDSM services or activities for compensation, nor shall they distribute any promotional or advertising materials, nor solicit concerning any such services.
RECORDING EQUIPMENT: I understand that using visual or audio recording equipment of any kind is not permitted at this event. People found to be recording others will have their recording equipment confiscated immediately, and returned to the owner upon close of the event. Any recorded media discovered with such devices will be permanently erased or destroyed. The undersigned agrees to turn over any such media and understands it will not be returned regardless of any other contents of such media. (This includes cell phones and PDAs equipped with cameras).
IDENTIFICATION: I understand that I, and all of my invited guests, will be required to provide a government issued photo ID as proof of age. Any person wishing to attend who cannot furnish appropriate ID and/or proof of legal age will not be allowed to attend.
LAW ENFORCEMENT AND JOURNALISTIC INTENT: I hereby certify that I am not an employee of any law enforcement agency, or that if I am; I am attending this event solely for my personal enjoyment and not as part of any investigation. I certify that I am not a member of the press nor here for any reporting or journalistic purposes, or that if I am, I am attending this event solely for my personal enjoyment and not as part of any investigation or gathering of information and that I will not use any such information in any manner without the express written permission of CEPE. I understand that this is legally binding and breach constitutes willful misrepresentation, and unless given expressed permission to cover an CEPE event at a specific place and time, that violation of these terms may result in civil or criminal action against me and any media employers who directly or indirectly use the reported information for any purpose whatsoever.
UNDERSTANDING OF SUBJECT MATTER: I certify that I am attending this event for my personal enjoyment and that I understand that in so doing I may be exposed to adult oriented BDSM, D/s, and SM activities which some people might find offensive, but I hereby certify that I do not find such activities offensive and I consent to being exposed to such activities at this event.
CEPE RULES OF ETIQUETTE AND EVENT SECURITY: I agree to abide by all CEPE Rules of Etiquette, which will be provided upon request during this event. I also agree to comply with any instructions given to me by the Security Coordinator or designated representative, regardless of whether there is a violation of the Rules of Etiquette. I understand that failure to follow these rules or the instructions of the Security Coordinator may result in expulsion from the event. Should I be asked to leave, I further understand and agree that no refund or compensation will be granted for any fees I may have paid. Firearms, non-service animals, and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden, and possession of these items could result in expulsion from the event.
